AGREEMENT

  ANAGI KOREA B&B is a private non-profit organization established in accordance with
the nation-wide Anagi World Home stay Movement for the occasion of the 2002 World Cup
Games to address lodging needs of expected foreign guests and to promote international
cultural exchange and understanding.

  The mandate of ANAGI KOREA B&B is to provide introductory service between home
stay hosts and guests and a means of satisfying mutual host/guest needs expressed in the
received application forms. Prospective guests are to review the items of compliance listed
below and present a letter of application.

1. A prospective guest is asked to fill out the application form provided in Anagi World
    Homestay's homepage. Once the application has been received and approved, the guest
    will be introduced to a suitable host.
2. The following stipulated conditions shall be agreed upon by the guest and the host
    recommended by Anagi Korea B&B through a written contract.
3. The guest shall not take possession of or consume illegal drugs.
4. The guest shall abide by Korean laws and comply with the local public space rules and
    regulations.
5. ANAGI KOREA B&B recommend that the guest buy travel insurance from their native
    countries.
6. ANAGI KOREA B&B and the host family shall neither
    (i) assume responsibility for accidents or a natural disaster which befalls upon the
       guest nor
    (ii) participate in a damage compensation lawsuit initiated by its guest
